PRODUCTS OFFERED
The floral arrangements are hand-made and therefore can never be two identical arrangements. Professional florists strive to make your order is as similar to the picture you have chosen. DELIVERY OF ORDERS
The cost of service delivery will have a surcharge depending on destination. Orders are delivered at the place designated in the order form at the indicated times (as long as an Act of God not prohibited). DAY AND TIME DELIVERY
For orders in Panama City: the deliveries will be made on the day specified by the customer, provided that a 4 hour time slot for delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm These times may vary for shipments within the country or abroad.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, or business days may be an extra shipping cost.
Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 2:00 pm (in Panama) will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm must have a confirmation from Flores de Altura Panama confirming that can be done the same day shipping, otherwise it will be shipped the next business day.
